IMO you should switch to a FOSS platform, now blogsome is the only full fledged free blogging service built on a FOSS platform.
you could also go with drupal on manalaa.net but tab3an the level of service is not going to be similar to blogsome, only go for drupal if you feel you want to do more than just blogging.
My problem is that I don't have enough time to read all what I want then adminstrate and customize any site :-(, so for now, I want to stick to the easiest way to blog.
